Feria Ganadera Granada 2005

For those of you who are might be interested and are going to be in the Granada area, Granada is having their big Cattle Fair through this Sunday. They open the gate at 10:30, but scheduled activities don't start til noon and then last through til after midnite. The program says the pres and vice pres are going to be there but doesn't say when. I'm going back today and I'll ask. I was there last night and Flor de Cana and Tona were serving up free drinks. It's kind of like a country fair with an emphasis on cattle. (I'm interested because I own dairy cows and my partner is selling three of his bulls) It's located down by the lake on the road to Puerto Asese. Enter the park and go down to the turn off to Asese. Take a right and go to the end of the road. You'll see the fair right in front of you. Entrance is free.
