To Colombia: Ortega suggests working together

Colombia has been less than thrilled with the ICJ decision with regard to the borders between Colombia and Nicaragua in the Atlantic. Colombia Reports has an article which talks about Daniel Ortega's idea for a solution.

Nicaragua proposes to Colombia on Thursday that they work together to create a designated zone for the indigenous people of San Andres, in order to resolve their maritime border dispute over the Caribbean island.
