Looking to rent beach facility (preferred) or finca for annual ONG gathering.

Looking for ideas/options. Event is for about 130 people. Ideal spot would be a huge rancho or restaurant on the beach with bathrooms and cooking facilities. We prefer to cook our own food but could be flexible on that - so a surfside restaurant could possibly work. Prefer 8 am til 8 pm - a full day. Open to ideas at any Pacific beach. The event is Sat. July 20. Plan B is to rent a finca or part of a finca. We've already checked out Hertylandia but looking for other options, especially at the beach.
We'd be able to visit and commit to a location very soon. Thanks in advance for any ideas. If you find us a spot we'll invite you along!! Siempre adelante.

Gran pacifica!!! (belive its changing its name--or already has) We love it!! Takes us approx 1hr 20 min from Managua----1 hour if your close to the USA Embassy side of Managua.
Nice pool and all the beach you want!! http://www.granpacifica.com/ Restaurant there as well. You can rent a whole house if you wish or at the condos!! Fully AC'd, internet, very modern! Not that cheap though!

We enjoy it there, usually very quiet and miles and miles of beach to yourself. They even have a more private beach, which is like a 7 min drive!! No stray dogs! We have stayed at the Condo and been the only people there,lol
