Danya Aluminum Windows
I thought my neighbor's horrible experience with Danya Windows in Rivas was a unique bad experience. They just took the money and never completed the work.
Now Jinotepe Danya is showing how little business savvy they have. First they took a $200 cord deposit to give me an estimate. Then they didn't show up when scheduled. After installation we asked where were the screens? Ah ha. The screens are extra and "you need to give us another $200 cords to come out and measure the windows we just installed." Go figure!
Try not to use them unless your life depends on it!

I don't see an issue here - Its your fault!
Other than maybe, you are handling your first construction job in Nicaragua.
1.) If you want them to show up within 48 hrs one way or another of the appointment day, it would have been another 200 Cord. (Your fault for not asking!)
2.) If you wanted something exotic like screens installed on your windows you should have said so and they could have charged you the additional 200 Cord for measuring the windows twice on the same trip right away. (You would have saved a few screen-less days that way.) Again your fault!
3.) Every window maker in Nicaragua knows that you just can't use the same measurements used on the windows. The homes are not built square and therefore the windows are built flimsy on purpose so they twist and lean in all directions if required in order to be installed. You did not know that? Your fault again!
4.) Screens are a unnecessary luxury anyhow. Just buy the screening material. Cut it larger than the opening (Use Machete!). Then stick it on the window frame with silicone. You have no silicone? Your fault you have no screens!
Man, I'd hate to see you build a garage...........
advanced northern technology
that really hasn`t caught on yet here.
In the rental house we lived in a crew took over a month, supervised by an engineer, to do a half-day job. OK results, nominally, but to remove a screen for cleaning you have to break the frame. Best approach, take a garden house inside and squirt out! Are we having fun yet?
Genesis in Esteli was worse for our house. Same problem, but when I questioned them they said it normally takes at least 2 people to remove a window screen and when they tried they could not do it. They had to remove the whole window (not as hard as it seems because of the small number of screws holding it in, to change the window screen. No problem, just call us--we will send a crew out right away! The screening material was factory seconds, probably earmarked for Esteli to sucker the rubes in the countryside. When you tell them that a properly installed screen should be easily removeable by a six year old girl, they stare at you.
When it comes time for repairs, i`m going to ask around, but I think I need a sole-proprietor, not a big company on main street with a biblical name. I will have to train him myself, carefully explaining to him that the existing frames need to be cut down by 1/2 inch in both directions for ease of instalation. Maybe I`ll get lucky and find a bright 6 year old girl to supervise.

Opportunity For Someone
Custom made window screens are NOT rocket science.
Maybe just start with the bright 6 year old girl, no need to fight cultural imprinting ??
