While seeing this message sprayed on a wall in Nicaragua would be no surprise, this happens to be on a wall in downtown Guatemala City. I don't know the current status of who sells electricity to consumers there but I can say that the power never went off while I was there.
If its because of ACTIS....bring em on.

British form ACTIS interested in investing in power sector in Nicaraguan.
They have investments Guatemala, El Salvador, Panama, Peru, Bolivia and Honduras, Caribbean countries as well as in Africa and Asia.
