I know a number of you are in SJDS does anyone know anytjing about the The Surf Ranch Action Sports Resort ? Is it actually anything more than mock ups on the internet?

Looks like a great concept though if you dont mind sharing space with a bunch of early twenty adrenaline junkies.

Melian, we also will be catering to families and people looking to relax (we will not be running the Surf Ranch like a hostel, but a top star resort)...I know there is a fine line between the action sports crowd and catering to families, but we are working on different times to open the sports to allow for relaxation by our island pool and swim up bar, yoga, gym, mini golf, water slide, for everyone to enjoy.

I hope you can stay with us when we pre-open this July, or officially open this December.

i drove there in 2004 with Jason Puracal..... that was a long 45 minute bumpy ride..... has the coast road highway been built?

btw, it had lots with beautiful views.... but, the old adage, buy what you see applied to me... and i did not buy.

Some condos built and more being built, pool being built, skateboard park nearly finished, clubhouse in progress etc. etc.
