anybody built a pool in Nicaragua? Advice please :)

Greetings all:

We are considering building a pool and were wondering if anyone has any experience with building such things here in Nicaragua? We have spoken so far to Piscinas Pacific and I believe we have something scheduled with Aquatec.

I am hoping someone in the community here has some tips and perhaps a recommendation?

We are located in Managua.

Thanks in advance!

We build pools. We have 27 years in the pool industry, one company in Jamaica, one here. We build to NSPI standards. We are NOT general contractors, just pool contractors. Any other questions, please feel free to contact us.....

We had one built, by our general contractor. He did the concrete work and sub-contracted a pool company do the plumbing/electrical install. We brought the pump/filter down from the states as checked baggage.

We got a concrete pool, which would have been prohibitavely expensive in America. Those two pool places are the ones my BIL mentioned to me.

We had one come out to look at the pool equipment we brought down, He immediately recognized it, which filled me with confidence, and even advised us it was over-rated for our pool size!
