OK, what's wrong here?
- Yellow cheese? Yes, it was sorta yellow but yellow is a color, not a type and that color is added. (Ever bought white cheddar? I have.) But, there is nothing in the ingredients to indicate that color was added. Flavor? Not sure that if I hadn't seen it first, I would have guessed it to be yellow.
- The pull datewas eight months ago. Ana bought it a couple of days ago. (It was vacuum sealed and is not bad. This is just an observation.)
- Sanitary license number 001 followed by a cel phone number? Now, maybe sanitary license number 001 in Miraflor but clearly a bit more in the way of details is needed.
Once again, not necessarily bad but clearly different than what a usano will be used to.
