Looking for 30 day rental in SJDS

We'll be heading over to SJDS in a week or so and are looking for a one month rental, either a private room with private bath and kitchen access or a 1 bedroom apartment. Anyone have any recommendations?
Two other questions:
Is Rebecca's Guest House (over by the park) still operating?
And, lastly, can anyone recommend a good, cheap gym (weight room) in town?

Harry Yubank who is a good guy & speaks English well owns Gymsito, an economy gym about a block north of the market across the street.
EDIT - How you doin big K? Your wife was here selling earlier and does a really good job.

Buena Vida Fitness Centre
Modern, clean and new, cross and circuit, training yoga classes, aerobics etc. Showers and all the gear.
Gymsito
Local gym, (looks like Rocky 1-5 could have been flmed there!) mainly visited by the locals but if you want to train, not pose, its great and safe.
Offers a variety of different machines and free weights. I like the pitch - "If you are interested in working out with the locals while practicing your Spanish, Gymsito is the right option".
What date?
If you are looking for a efficiency apartment, 1 bedroom, bath, kitchen, Internet, AC, I may have one free. You'd have to let me know soon.
Price is either $350,-- or $ 400.-- per month depending on size. All units except one are located on the 2nd floor and are at the center of town.
We have hardly any vacancy this year, so don't wait until the last minute.
