Satellite descrambler

Does anyone know if / what / where to get a descrambler that can be used with basic SKY TV service to get "free" channels? We used to call these "black boxes" and they were easy to get for cable TV in the states.

T-VO on Claro?
We have cable through Claro and are very happy with it (Channels 2-98) but I am wondering if anyone knows how we can get T-VO through Claro? Is anything like this even available here? I 'm just getting tired of using Side Reel.
Dish Network
Dish Network is available in Nicaragua with a larger dish (Over 1.5 meters). So you can subscribe in US and get signal in Nicaragua.
You also can hack the Dish Network for free but requires a special receiver with a constant internet connection to your router. Just one bird is accessible in Nicaragua but it has many good channels. I think it will not be long until they limit the bird to USA and the hack will be closed as well. Directv had similar hacks about 5 years ago and they are gone now due to update in infrastructure.
The dish is regulated (or supposed to be) by Telcor so hard to get larger ones like in USA for cheap prices in Nica. Many people are doing this but they may not want to help you or let you know this information. If you can get your hands on a large 3 meter dish you can get all programming from USA-Dish Network or Directtv. I know of one casino that has full USA service this way.
I know of no-one that is hacking Satellite TV intended for Nicaragua.
Get Cable TV if you can in Nica (Hopefully Internet too) -satellite TV in Nica for Nicas sucks.
Sky TV
To the best of my knowledge is pretty well a secure system. I have not heard of anyone being able to steal signal from them but I have heard of people that got caught trying. Not worth the risk IMO.
