Donkey Burger Anyone?

My favorite Semana Santa 2010 photo.
I think it should be 'Burro' not Vurro but it's close enough.
It was a little gamey but quite edible.
Darn, I wish I had thought of this for April 1st.
The funny part to me as that they could have used 'Vurro - Hamburguesa' but went for the full on 'Donkey Burger' instead.
