I guess that was to the point. I read enough ads here for people selling things that I figured I was "entitled". In any case, I live at CoolTop and really have no use for a house in Estelí. You can read the story at http://sites.google.com/site/estelihouse/

(Apparently necessary clarification: The house is in the city, about five blocks from the public market and walking distance to both bus stations and most things in the city. It is not in a suburban sub-division.)

Fyl i must say to you that you're house is overpriced. I know the neighborhood ,( not good) i know the house,(none design) i know how was constructed ( old house plus new additions) , and maybe you spend a lot o money, but you will be luck if you get that sum.

You can go to Residential La Riviera and see $ 120,000 house, US quality 4 bedroom, family room, living room ,kitchen, 3 1/2 bath garage, nice design, new , in a big lot.

Esteli happen to have a overestimated prices for properties.

To me that's a sales feature. It's a beauty, every man's dream, absolute organized chaos, modern day man's last bastion. I miss mine but I will get it back one day, along with a bodega full of junk.
