Champix quit smoking drug availabilty in Nicaragua

Hi all:

My wife is starting her quitting smoking with a drug called Champix referred by her doctor. We will be in Nicaragua for 5 months soon and wandering if this drug is available in Nicaragua and of so approximately how much?

I've smoked for more than 40 years and have now quit for for about a year. Unfortunately , I may have paid the price for that nasty habit as last year I developed a heart problem and it is my feeling it was all that cigarette smoking. If there is one item that should be made illegal it is tobacco. Waiting for a wake-up call like I did before you quit is not a good idea. Good Luck to all of you that are trying to quit-it is the most terrible habit there is.

I been reading what is clear a problem of addiction to Tobacco.

Serious let me ask something, can be some gene that lead the people to be addictive to smoking, because in my personal experience, I never can do that, i was a regular boy, and when enter the middle school, i want to be like every one, and smoking was one the main characteristic to be consider it cool. I tried hard, but i never could, time after time, always choked, and was in that way all my life, till the point that become allergic to the smoke, even breath of smokers make me sick. I smoked in occasion weed , but i don't have that problem.

So you think is some gene ? because I'm open to be examined for the good of lot of people.
