Vinyl Pond Liner

0

Does anybody know where I might get some material to use for a pond liner? I heard that there was a mining operation in Nicaragua (RAAN I believe) that used a really tough rubber liner for their gold washing process and that they may have some used material available. I need enough to hold 250-300 cubic meters. I have been searching in the USA but way too expensive.

maybe your pond is too big, but, the old fashioned way is...

to put some green material down in the bottom of your pond and let some pigs in for a month or so and they will p**p and pack down the dirt. Keeping 'em in there might be a trick without a fence though :)

the other (probably simpler) alternative is a clay liner

WIFI Antenna - Homemade

I converted two old Direct TV sat dishes and am bringing them to Ticuantepe next week to use on my farm. I will have one dish at the farm and the other hooked up to a friend in Managua that has cable. We will aim the dishes at each other and the signal should be strong enough for up to 10 miles. I am currently using one of the dishes here in Seattle and it works very well. The optimum situation is to have line of sight and a two antenna system.

Here are two links for you but you can Google up lots more. The second link (instructables) is like the setup I am using.
