Xinhuanet reports that Nicaraguan Police have turned MS-13 gang leader Saul Antonio Turcios Angel over to Interpol. He had previously been captured in Chichigalpa (but there is no indication he is a friend of Rosa's. :-) )

Turcios is Salvadoraño. The article reports the gang is active in drug trafficking and other things in the U.S.

One gang scum less sound like a good news, but unfortanely the "nicaraguans" we must keep our own gang scum , no matter they think like cubans or venezuelans or like the people of seattle ...they still been a Nicaraguans.
