Nicaragua to Dredge Rio San Juan

An AP article says that Nicaragua will start dredging the Rio San Juan in September to recover water flow lost after Costa Rica rerouted water flow into the Rio Colorado between 1945 and 1950.

But, later in the article you find the following:

Costa Rica's foreign relations department said in a statement Tuesday that a ruling by an international court "forcefully denies Nicaragua's pretension that it has the right to dredge the San Juan River."

Does this mean the war over the rights on the river is back on again?

Somebody has seen that i submitted many post talking about the corruption in Nicaragua, but some people like to ignored them??

But in the opposite they like to post whatever is in the propaganda objetives of the left or danielism.

.

Is well know that the project of the dredge is under Eden Pastora supervisión, like a little bone Ortega trow to him,in pay for his submission. and in the end will be a extra propaganda for his regime.

But trying to convert this issue in a national crisis, or maybe a war with CR is naive .
