Hard to tell where does El Barrio Subteaba ends and the road begins?

I always thought Subtiava ended right before El Calasanz or was it El Politechnico La Salle....not sure anymore. Thanks for the pics. I actually have a video showing the road conditions from Leon to Poneloya. As you know this construction project is being funded by "La Cuenta del Millenio" ( a 40 Million US fund) to help farmers, build roads, etc. Last I heard, the US had threatened to pull out this fund unless Danielito changed his behavior.

I don't exactly know where el Barrio de Subtiava ends,imo, it ends at El Asilo de Ancianos, from that point on, its the road to Poneloya. Anyway, The Subtiava Indigenous community claims jurisdiction over the entire area of Poneloya-Las Peñitas, and a great part of Leon.

We had already passed El Calasanz and El Asilo when the Pic. was taken.

As the good Paisa FAP said, the CRM funds have already been allocated and the road, is scheduled to be completed.

The issue imo is how is this road going to be maintained?

Some projects were already funded,thus,funds were disbursed,those projects will not be affected by the cut off.
