What are the "cross things" in the background?

Thsoe would be elctric lines. I have gotten a lot of kidding on the Festival of Virgins, which is I am now told the Virgin Carmen (as opposed o Mary?). Heathen that I am, the religious stuff is lost of me. They do seem to be obessed with the idea of virgins here!

I thought that maybe that the picture contained one of those "spiritual images" that people fly from all over the world to wherever to try to see some exotic or spiritual or something thing. What are those "vision" things called when somebody is trying to cannonize somebody?

The big question of mine: Do "virgins" over 18 years old exist in SJDS? __________________________________________________________________
