i know most of you live in the west coast of nica, what do you think of investing in the Atlantic coast, Corn Island, Blue Fields, Puerto Cabezas, Etc,

the roads

i have a small finca in waslala raan the only thing i can say is the roads suck...if you have to get anything in or out of there by road,you got problems..especially in the rainy season...acc

Carribian Coast!

My husband and I live in Puerto (Bilawi) and I think that investing out here is probably a little less of a gamble then the Pacific Coast as the Political reach is somewhat subdued here. I am not sure how much protection that would afford you, just that it would be considerably more then you would get in, say Leon! Problem is - what type of investing your thinking of, resorts..... Bluefields you can actually get people to resonalbly but its not a pretty place overall and Puerto is to remote although you could really do something with the cheap beach front property. Give me some more info mate!
