Real Food?

I just was reading the bio of our latest member, gogreennica. As you know, I am no fan of "advertising posts" here and I am generally not a fan of franchises. But, the idea for some food in the Metrocenter food court that isn't the usual grease is inspiring. So, consider this a plug for him.

This is a Guatemala-based franchise. Looking at their web page, I do have one problem. There is a "menu" page but it is a scan of their actual menu rather than something that would make sense such as a PDF. So, while you can see a lot of nice salads and wraps, you really can't read the ingredients.

Yes, I agree it would be nice to be able to actually read the menu! But it definitely looks tasty and healthy! If it tastes as good as it looks, maybe you can get a franchise for Esteli or CoolTop! :-)
