Nicaragua has not changed

the fish are practically jumping in the boat the beach is still so beautiful.

We went to Managua and had to do errands early. The protests are run in the afternoons. It is no big deal.

Remember this is not the first "stolen" election in this hemisphere.

I think Nicaragua is still the best place to live in the Americas. The government here has very little effect on your day to day life and the land and sea is the best I have found in my years of searching.

One thing to remember.... If this time last year you would have spent $100,000 on building a house Nicaragua instead of investing is a blue chip US stock you would still have a $100,000 house.

Your dollars are losing value but land and houses are holding on to value

Don't buy unless you plan on

Don't buy unless you plan on keeping the property for many years.

@ 21

like most 21 yearolds would say "for Sure" there is always risk involved even when you get in your car to drive to work, but it all depends where to buy/invest, DO NOT invest in areas where there is history of political conflict, like rebecca did, she's in the middle of the pie, depending on what you're trying to do. but at 21 there is always time to improve you investment, take your time to see the cities and talk to locals, they can guide you. do you mind telling what kind of investment you are looking for? do you have any areas in mind? just go for it

Hang out with your cousin and friends for a while and you'll answer your own question(s).

Im wondering the same

I just bought property in the middle of Rotonda Periodista and Rotonda Metro Centro, i try to laugh to overcome stress, uffs. Im just wondering if this is a good time or If I should forget about it. Any suggestions???

look first

see the whole country, spend some time. See the neiboring countries, especially CR and Panama, to get some perspective.

If you donçt have time or money to see it all, you donçt have time or money to invest.

If you donçt speak or plan to speak Spanish, consider Ireland.
