Gixia and I were walking around in the coffee this morning before the "open house". It was very clear. This is a look at Lake Managua, about 60km away.

Wonderful and surrounded by water

It looks like Esteli is surrounded by water after all, the lakes to the southwest, Pacific Ocean (including the Gulf of Fonseca) to the west, Lake Apanas to the east and the more distant but accessible western Caribbean (including Belize and Bay Islands, etc) to the north.
