Dead when I found it, this honey bee has a two plus inch wing span...

Which Is It?

Your headline says its a "bumblebee" but the information in your comment says its a "honey bee". Which is it? They are two entirely different species (and groups of species) each with different sizes and shapes.

but I will guess Honey Bee, people on the street are always offering to sell me fancy liquor bottles full of miele be abejas but so far no one has ever offered me any bumbles...

before, usually the bees that fly around town are very small...It goes well with the giant 4-6' grass hoppers (salta monte) that are making the scene lately...
