On the topic of choice, it was brilliant. Hillary gets snubbed, female nazi's are trying to contain a riot and he selects a pretty female. My first thought was, "What a dirty trick". And since the selection I have see a more tired and beaten Obama. He knows he was back doored on that one.
Obama has never lead anything though, he was just another voter that spent 130 votes where he didn't know how to vote. 130 times he didn't have the correct answer. He never managed a business, never held any office with a budget, never ran a military unit. He is completely unfit and would not even be anywhere if Oprah didn't back roll his start.
I vote the least of two evils, Obama is not the least. He will make a lot of mistakes learning the business and as vulerable as our economy is right now we cannot afford a mistake as grave as electing him. It just isn't meant to happen at this time.
So I say, "Keep the change, Obama".

Oly back home, remember, Rainier, Heidelberg, Lucky Lager...local beer made by local workin men...all gone bought out by big city slicker corporate breweries. Miller bought out Oly now they don't even make Oly in Olympia anymore..damn shame.
That Schlitz is imported from somewhere back east..that West Consin place and the Blue Ribbon stuff, too fancy for us hoi polloi.
Being a classic libertarian I had to make my own...(thank you Jimmy Carter) no taxes on my brew..by golly..

P.S. we used to go to the Oly brewery for the tour so often, they started to recognize us and we could skip the tour, and just hit the tap room. Now that was good beer, right from the lagering room to the tap. I'm gettin all teary eyed just thinkin about it. That back east beer sits in some warehouse for weeks/months until it's shipped :(

Yes indeed, Oly closed and the Rainer plant along side I5 in Seattle with the giant land mark R neon sign became a Tully's Coffee..And Bud has gone Euro....But Oly and Ranier was too Yuppie for me. I was a LOTTO beer man back then assuming the store was out of those great 16 oz tall boys, the white "generic" brand that just said BEER on the can.... Cleaning out my junk last year I found a winning $1 bottle cap from Lotto Bear but all I got from Ahmed the counter clerk at my corner store was a blank stare when I tried to cash it in..

said , " You were right about Nixon being a crook." was priceless, I wish I had recorded it. But generally it was great, other kids got allowance just for breathing or money for getting good grades.
I got a paid for yard work, and auto maintenance (wash, wax and oil changes) no work no money. Housework (dishes, vacuuming and some laundry) was just a chore, no money.
