America Movil Buys ESTESA

In my experience, Enitel has done a better job of offering what I care about (an Internet connection) than ESTESA but I am not sure eliminating a second source is a good thing. You can read all about it.

They said that America Movil had purchased 100 percent of the shares of Estesa Holding Corporation, whose businesses include cable television service, provision of residential broadband Internet and managing data networks for companies.
