Coffee Production with Abraham Castillo

Today, my friend Willy was on a tour of a "coffee production facility". The man who owns the place had some interesting things to say. Willy recorded it and picked an excerpt thathe felt would be most interesting.

He is talking in Spanish but slowly and very clearly. There is some interesting stuff to learn about (such as the Sandinista confiscation of his 2000 manzana coffee finca in Miraflor in 1982) and lots of information about growing and processing coffee.
