Computer PricesSubmitted by DanPolley on 3 August, 2008 - 10:12.
I was in PriceSmart yesterday and to my surprise they had an Apple Airbook. An even bigger surprise was the price C$42,000 which is only U$250 more than you can buy it in the USA. (Using a purchase comparison in a state with 6% tax). They had several other computers, a Sony laptop with 2 gig ram and a 250 gig harddrive for C$20,000, etc. The last time I was in the Apple store in Managua they were charging about a U$500 premium for theirs.
