playa amerrio reunion

the 30 mz south of me , the coop has been split up. all claims for titles will be individual. these people will not be able to sell there land for 1 to 2 years down the road.

the 37 mz north of me over the head land and to the rio colorado , i was told be aviliable sooner. the state has protected the headland that will not be sold and developed same goes for some of the elevated or belcony pieces over the ocean. the state is concered of erosion down the road, they will be protecting 1 mz of the headlead and the belcony pieces

still this is all rumor as we know of today .

here is a photo of one of the several groups that were at the beach today. i was suprised the place was not looking like the garbage dump today ,like most of the other reunions.

some of the young kids had there machetes outing cutting back the low growth .
