MARENA Written Permission for CoolTopSubmitted by fyl on 7 July, 2008 - 10:19.
We actually have in our hands the written permission of MARENA for the project. I think there is a lot to be learned from this. Here we go:
Aside from the restrictions (what trees we can cut, what we can't grow, how to deal with trash, ...) it basically says we now have permission to ask the Alcaldia of San Nicolas for permission to build something. This, I am sure, won't be a problem. They are well aware of what we are doing and what we want to do and have been for about six months. ( categories: )

Congratulations
Great to hear good news on the project. You fight Nicaraguan bureaucracy and win. Maybe you can post new pictures of the project on the next few days. In addition, I would like to ask you what happen with Mr. Blanco's girlfriend (the dog you and Anna brought from Costa Rica). Maybe you can add some pictures of her too. Keep going Fyl,
