Biodiesel

With the amount of fried chicken being eaten in Nicaragua and the fact that french fries seem to need to be served with an otherwise decent meal, it would seem there is potential for biodiesel production. There is a lot more to say here but I just tripped on a link in Spanish and decided it was worth putting up this "starter page".

They brought up a good point I had never considered, biodiesel has a much higher flash point 130C compared to dino-diesel at 70C making it safer to use. It smells better too, I don't plan on running my generator more than a few hours a day, but the smell of dino-diesel really sucks.
