Good Contractor in Rivas

Anyone know of a good honest contractor in the Rivas area ? I'm looking to build on my property in Gigante. Have Nica relatives to help oversee the project.

Lumber in Nicaragua

How does the cost,quality and availability of lumber compare to the US?

Tim- We finished a house with Mario Steg in December, and we couldn't be happier with every aspect of the project, including post-construction guarantee work. You have no doubt seen his work at Pelican Eyes. He might be higher in price than most, but we think the high levels of quality, integrity and Swiss organization were well worth it. check your pms. Not a big house, but I saw a number of houses he built of varying sizes -- he does nice work
