Extending Cellular ServiceSubmitted by fyl on 9 April, 2008 - 10:01.
We (the Geek Ranch) is situated where cellular service is spotty. In particular, where the main building will be built, there is no cellular coverage. There are units designed to extend coverage inside a building. These people offer some systems and is but one example. The Model Ts-MR17RB-20A on that page seems like it would do the trick. My question is whether anyone knows of a licensing/use precedent here in Nicaragua? While I can go to TELCOR with this information and start a conversation, it would be much easier if there is something already established. I am not particularly excited about this system. There are many of them. So, if some company already sells them in Nicaragua or there is something already approved, that would be a win for me. ( categories: )
