We have some in the Geek Ranch. I know the name well (just can't type) as I used to buy them in Costa Rica. I remember buying one once in Hipermas and the checkout person had no idea what it was. Fairly amusing.

They are called "Guanabana" or as they would call it in TDAC SourSap.
