Note: This is a documentary film, not a major motion picture. Raw Footage 1 – The Films of Barbara Trent ; c2000 ; 59 minutes ; English ; Barbara Trent is interviewed, regarding her award-winning films on U.S. foreign policy in Central America -and much more- by actor Alec Baldwin. Alec Baldwin interviews documentary filmmaker Barbara Trent about her life as an activist and her work with David Kasper and the Empowerment Project. They discuss and show clips from three of her films, including: “The Panama Deception”, “Cover-up: Behind the Iran-Contra Affair”, and “Destination Nicaragua”. Note: This is not part one in a series of films in which Barbara Trent is the interview subject; “Raw Footage” is a series of interview-based films with documentary filmmakers. Trent happens to be number one in this series, with all subsequent episodes being interviews with other documentary filmmakers. Trent’s films are usually available for download viewing-renting ; here is the primary source for such “loans”: |
