backyard burials

Is it legal to bury a (presumably dead) person on their own property? Is there a convention for head direction? Does the body have to be in a concrete box like in much of the States?

sidewalks wheelchairs

Red cross makes wheel chairs available to people. However Jinotega has completely inadequate sidewalks. I saw one in use about a year back - they ignored the sidewalk and used to road. How would your city fare with a wheelchair?
