clay / brick oven redesign

New concept ... A great deal of the heat from the fire went downwards or sideways and was wasted. So, large iron container for water then the fire on top. Iron conducts the heat, water gets hot, use for washing. Welded on the sides of the tank are 3 different size rebar hoops, 1) for fire hole, legs 18' then 2' across the top. 2)Other hoops have legs about 2'9" (hi temp cooking slot) and 3'6" for the lo temp. cooking slot. Concrete over and finish out.
The rebar conducts heat from the sides of the fire to the upper cooking space(s) giving that much loved all-over heat. The bean pot goes on top; cooks a lot slower, more a simmer. When you want hot beans put a pan in on level 1.
Local products, available materials, simple to understand, simple to copy. (wish I could draw)
My health does not permit me to experiment, is there anyone up to a bit of prototyping? I'll pay for the first 3 models. Prototypes could be made and tested in USA - I want to prove the concept.

modified oven
The bottom h/w tank was not right. Need 2 pipes (hot and cold) up to a header tank with a spigot.
were building
an oven/stove like the one at La Casita Restaurant in Esteli. Its overkill for a residense, but the extended family will get some use out of it. Will post pictures when I drag my portable memory to ciber.
Post some pix--is your like the rocket stoves promoted by Aprovecho, etc., or something new?
We will build a small stove outdoors when we get moved in, for everyday stuff and ¨special projects¨, like the other day when I went to singe some hot peppers in the kitchen and it turned out like ¨tear gas day¨in basic training!
¨pata de perro¨
Unaware of the rocket stove,
The structure and concept were right out of my brain. Granny had a big fire that she'd run once a week for a stewpot and hot water. I'd see the waste out at Finca Kilimanjaro where I stood, sweating, 30 feet from the burning linea. At the same time thinking of concrete form work ... disipation of heat ... and an oven came to mind.

If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the precipitate

One reference is http://www.hedon.info/docs/BP50-4-Scott.pdf which gives you the idea in one page. There are lots of others to be found with a google search.
