Physical Progress

While we have been thinking, talking, moving paperwork and such for about a year on the Geek Ranch idea, things feel different today. We haven't build anything yet but we have something visible happening.

This morning we loaded 41 sheets of zinc, a big pile of lumber, cement, nails, wheelbarrows, shovels, ... into an old 5-ton Mercedes truck. This builds us a bodega, and marks the start of repairing the road. The truck will spend the next 10 days there hauling rocks to fix the road.

Tomorrow we go back to dealing with paperwork but this just feels like an important step and I wanted to "brag".
