Many people in the US have been working building cohousing communities for years. There is a great deal to learn from their experiences. How much of this could work in Nicaragua is really up to the individuals involved, but the concept itself is very sound.

If the more you read, the more you get excited, you may be one of those individuals looking for a better sense of community.

No, it's not about communes. And no, it doesn't have to be all politically correct. We're all thinking about moving to Nicaragua to enjoy ourselves, after all.

While you are reading about how many other people have built cohousing communities in the USA, think how much cheaper it could cost in Nica. Think of sharing hobbies, talents, and a garden courtyard all within the greater culture of Nicaragua.

The following websites will show you some possibilities, and just what a viable model for living it has become. The rest is up to you and your imagination, and a few others and their imaginations, etc. etc. ….. tedd
