Now, the punchline. Just add an /es to the URL and you get a version in Spanish.

Now, as for content, it varies. Some of the articles seem spot-on, others seem pretty far from reality. For example, the one on Alcoholism suggests you become an alcoholic by drinking a bit and just getting in the habit. Thus, it is probably worth doing your research elsewhere but if the site seems reasonable, the Spanish version may save you a bunch of work.
