Dentist that can do Surgical Implants

I have a friend who is looking for a dentist that can do tooth implants with surgical interventions. Well, that's what he called them--I just translated it from Italian to English. :-) Anyway, sounds like Managua is where he would prefer.

I have a Dentist Named Dr Roger Jarquin He is a dental surgion he has worked on my whole famly he can do implants he would of done them for me but I smoke. he is very reasonable and he doesn't mess around he will Do a root canal and a crown in about three visits He has a very modern office in Jinotepe and he is the best dentist I have had in my life His telephone# is 505-532-2629

Is that the cost of him speaking English? Never had an implant but sounds a bit out of line with what I would expect.

Note that my friend is actually in Liberia so if anyone knows a dentist that does this work in Rivas, that is an option.
