What is a Manzana? I thought the monetary unit was cordoba. Until now I thought manzana was a unit of measure like a hectare or acre.

1.68 acres to a manzana, although Coldwell Bankers web site seems to think it's 1.73
Cordoba is running about 19 to the US Dollar

The price is either very good (if it is an improved lot - water, sewer, electric), or pretty expensive (if unimproved), depending on what the buyer thinks an ocean view property is really worth. I'm sure you could do better for an unimproved property.

....a "manzana" is a unit measurement (i.e. acre, hectare), I think he meant to say that the lot next to this one sold for 30k, not 30k,mz, overpriced, in my opinion. One more note, the currency is cordoba.
