Esteli-House a couple of blocks east of Hotel Los Arcos

Walking by in Esteli, I saw the ugly zinc fence only. I looked up and realized this is a really nice house being built!

I heard that a new restaurant has opened in a remodeled building across from this one. I heard it's spanish cuisine. I'm not sure if it's just a restaurant. Anyone konw?

Esteli could almost very well be a food destination...
