Orchids

Found this on a coffee table and made time to give it a quick read. Interesting for the info on Nica orchids but also for the adventure stories of the author tramping around in the boonies by mule and canoe. Hint:bring binoculars because orchids generally need filtered sun, which puts them near the top of the tree canopies.

Incidentally, recently made it to the Hispamer bookstore on a side street near UCA managua(Univ. of Central America). Not much on nature but well stocked on other titles, with a very few in English.
