Is that Antenna in the background...

Is that Antenna in the background the one in " Telcor " building right in front of El Parque Central? If it is, then my house is two blocks from said tower. God, cant remember where San Felipe is anymore in relation to my house....time to take a trip to Leon and get myself re-acclaimed with the city.

I'm pretty sure that the tower belongs to Telcor, i don't know who owns the antennas.

That structure es El Palacio de Comunicaciones located en el parque central.

From where the picture was taken, the communications tower is located about 4-5 blocks SE.
