	We are a growing group of foreign (from the US, Canada, Germany, Holland, Italy and France) property owners and business people committed to investing in Nicaragua. While a few "hands on" associates and partners reside in the country, the majority live abroad while establishing income streams in Nicaragua for future retirement and monthly income.   We specialize in Real Estate investments and Real Estate Financing. We acquire and develop land, provide financing and at times we offer properties for sale in order to raise capital for development projects. Our first and foremost goal is the creation safe investments opportunities with above average returns (an average of 30% return per annum) while benefiting and stimulating the local economy. Our investments are always secured and are legally scrutinized by a number of trusted local lawyers. As we need to have secure investments, we decided to concentrate on some areas of the country which we believe have  some of the highest potentials for growth in Nicaragua, namely the southern Caribbean Coast (R.A.A.S), Managua, Rivas and Carazo. We are continually seeking opportunitues for investment. Investment levels vary with each project, so even if one project maybe beyond a certain associate's level of comfort many other small projects may present themselves at any moment and our job is to find these and help our clients capitalize on them.
