Many people look for ways to earn an income in Nicaragua. While it is not easy, we have formulated a method of working that allows our associates an income in the range of 30-40% per year on their initial investment. The investments are fully secured by very well researched and undervalued real estate assets.
The Initial investments start from USD $1000 per associate and vary from project to project. Earnings are USD $300 to $400 per year for each USD $1000 invested.
A $25,000 dollars of initial investment will generate enough income to live in Nicaragua comfortably year after year.
Some projects earn a much higher return of up to 5% -8% per month.

All information sent will held in the strictest confidence and only be used for this particular purpose. Your information will not be used in any marketing efforts and you will not receive unsolicited emails from us.
Typical procedures:
1. A meeting in Nicaragua (Carazo or the RAAS) to sign a public association agreement with us and the lawyers handling the legal aspects of the investment. This document will be registered in the Derechos de la Persona to give it the highest legal value. This document protects your initial investment money you sent and guaranties that that money is safe and will only be used for the purpose of investing on your behalf. It also guaranties that you have legal right and recourse to claim this money from our associates and/or lawyers' and to go as far as putting liens against their personal properties if this money is misused for purposes other than those of investment.
2. An authorization/power to purchase property on your behalf and to sign for income receipts and other transactions in the property registry. This generally involves some work your country of citizenship state department equivalent and authentication from a Nicaraguan embassy/consulate and further authentication here from various Nicaraguan governing bodies. There are simpler forms of this agreement.
3. Opening a bank account with the BDF (For non residents) or Bancentro (for residents). This is where your monthly income will be deposited. You will also receive an ATM card (which can be mailed to you later) and a pin number to verify your account status on line. We can also accumulate your income and directly wire it your account anywhere is the world.
4. Making the Investment:
a. You will be informed of suitable Investment opportunities.
b. If you accept to invest, you will be asked to wire funds into an agreed upon account (which is typically the lawyer's or our principal associates bank account).
c. Your lawyer along with the principal associate will conduct the transaction on your behalf. The lawyer will sign on your behalf
d. You will be the FULL OWNER of the assets used as a guarantee.
d. You will receive scanned copies of all the signed documents.
e. the assets are then registered in your name provisionally in the Preventative Actions column of the registry (to delay paying land transfer taxes, Municipal taxes etc.)
f. You will finally receive copies of the registered documents and receipts
5. On an agreed upon dates, usually monthly, deposits will be made into you account. If the payments are in default and if on the maturity date of the investment outstanding payments remain, the asset used to guarantee your investment is automatically inscribed in your name making you the fully registered owner after paying the due taxes. If the payments are made and on the maturity date the investment is repaid, the asset will be reverted back to the original owner after a letter of authorization is received from you.
