Hello, I am looking for a house for rent in Managua? Does anyone know of any houses for rent or an agent to help with this? Also, How does it work ? Do they ask for deposit? and can it be month to month?

I only need a Hotel for a couple of days when I arrive tomorrow until I can find a RENTAL HOUSE. Does anyone have any suggestions? Im hoping to find something under $40 a night for 2 adults ad 1 child. Thank You.

Hello All, I am stuck in Mexico City because COPA AIRLINES will not let me board the plane to Nicaragua because I purchased a one way ticket and I do not have a return ticket or onward destination Itinerary! I purchased my ticket from ORBITZ.COM for a one way from TJ stop over in Mexico city, and Panama and than arrive in Managua. The website did not say anything, nor did they say anything when i boarded in TJ. Now I am screwed because they only way they said I can board is if I purchase a ticket out of Managua which is $400 dollars each.

Hello All, We are currently moving to Nicaragua and we are having trouble with our container at customs. They are telling us in order to take advantage of tax free on our container we must have a resident visa. We are going through the process of getting it done and will take up to 2 months. This means we can not get into our container until than. The only other way is to pay taxes on the container now and we can get our container when we arrive, but how much would that be? We will be there next week and need any advice from anyone.
