Dale Kowach (false name Dagger) and Denis Prado are indicted on multiple land trafficking chargers, did anybody notice this

"Hey, did anybody see article in Departamentales of LP 23 April where Nicaland Real Estate guys, Denis Prado and Dale "Dagger" Kowach were indicted on felony charges in Rivas related to land trafficking? I don't know who finally goaded the Nica authorities to enforce the law but they should give them a medal. Article says Kowach was a no-show which means he is a fugitive in Nica.
